Development of mist CVD equipments and substrates with oxide layers as Zinc Oxide

We are developing methods of film formation of oxide materials under the atmospheric condition using mists produced from ultra-sonic devices. The development is carried out through collaboration with Kyoto University. And we started to offer clients the equipments developed and also the substrates coated with oxide layers as ZnO2.
